LOL Michaele....I think everyone is afraid to ask! :-) The Scoby is only a week old, so today I fed it some more green tea and sugar. It will be ready in about 1 week. Then I will make some blueberry kombucha (my favorite), and save $3.49 a 12 oz bottle by not buying it!
Ocean Breezes.....I've had a lot of "really, you're going to drink that?" when I put it on facebook. I will do a post on the benefits of kombucha down the road.
What is Scoby?
