I think he doesn't like rhubarb so it's not high on his list of making sure he doesn't run it over. I obviously planted it in a bad spot. (it's always the MOM'S fault), LOL His excuse is he runs over it before he even sees it. Like TexWis said above, pair it with strawberry and it makes the most wonderful desserts.
We have several malfunctioning mowers at the moment. My powerless reel mower (at least 50 y/0) keeps on doing the job. Of course I mow less area than with the others.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7754386920471876383.post-87551697355265098572011-05-14T06:22:04.982-05:002011-05-14T06:22:04.982-05:00Hello Alicia, Alana Jo, and Allison, Thanks for ch...Hello Alicia, Alana Jo, and Allison, Thanks for checking out my post/blog I'm glad you liked it. Somehow I knew there were other women out there whose husbands were wildmen either with the lawnmower or weedeater. (Don't even get me going about the weedeater!) :-) ..... and yes, Allison, peppermint doesn't go down easy lol!

Hi Connie, Welcome to my blog! So, so, sorry to here about your house. I can't even comprehend all the trauma you have been through. I pray all your loved ones were safe.

So far, the only wines I have made are dandelion, rhubarb (from someone elses plant
:-), elderberry, pear, and the maple sap I tried this year. I have enjoyed all of them so far (well, it's too early for the maple). However, some of my kids didn't like some of them. .....then I just made sangria with it and they loved it!! Sangria in the summetime goes down good!dr momihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15665259531466170062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7754386920471876383.post-51948096442403411642011-05-14T02:36:46.419-05:002011-05-14T02:36:46.419-05:00Oh forgot to ask...What kinds of wines have you tr...Oh forgot to ask...What kinds of wines have you tried making so far and what was the outcome? I want so much to start a small farm just me and my daughter when we get resettled in either AL or FL (A tornado took our home, belongings and both cars in the religh, NC area). When we get a new house bought alot of your posts will be followed by us. I have made my own wines for years out of the old Mtn Grapes in North Carolina where I grew up and are currently living now on my parents land. Again I thank you so much for your shares on the blog and I hope we become good friends?

Connie CConniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08602502028125090683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7754386920471876383.post-4056174167342583922011-05-13T21:58:19.147-05:002011-05-13T21:58:19.147-05:00This is too funny!
