That is awesome...I would be making it into baked zucchini too...we love it here...our poor chickens would only get the left overs it there are any hehe.

ReplyDeleteMy grandma use to scoop out the insides of the big ones and put a hamburger mixture inside and bake it in the zucchini - it was soo good!
