    I fix them too. My recipe is much like yours. I sometimes mix tuna with mine.

    Wow, you just took me back to something my Mom made and I had NO idea how she did it. I knew she bought something canned at the store, she slapped some other ingredients in and it came out looking exactly like this! I'm so excited, thanks for sharing.

    We have salmon patties here too!! But sadly, from store-canned salmon :(
