I didn't get it at first, then it all became clear. Great take on Friday's Fences and I give you "Best of Show" of all the submissions for that one.
I suppose fences can be kind of like rule--they're made to be broken. lol Okay I don't really go by that, but you know!

Thanks for the wonderful comments everyone! Because of our log railing it is not possible to fit a regular "baby fence" up across the stairway. This has been a pain with every grandchild that learns to climb the steps! Unless I wanted to go up and down the steps 100 times, the chairs had to become the fence. It worked :-)
Looks like the perfect baby fence for the foot of the stairs! :)

No climbing over the chairs yet, but, Zoe is our little climber -- just give her a few more months :-)(Don't worry about calling her a he Janis -- it happens all the time. LOL)
