Sunday in Pictures

This was my first try at Candy C.'s  Onion Cheese Rolls.
Oh.  My.  Goodness.  Are they good!
Making the rosettes was super easy,  though they did
not turn out as beautiful as Candy's.  I will keep practicing.
These are officially a regular recipe in  this house!  Thank-you Candy!
Husband's take...."man these are good!"

You heard that Sonnet did not work out at our house?
I wish she had.  She sure was good with kids.

3:30 game snacks......using up what's on hand.....Nachos.
5:00 -- Barbecued Ribs
....but alas, it's a sad, sad, day in Packerland.

Tato's puppy is named "Billy" and Gracie's puppy is named "Butschy" :-)

We have very little snow on our itty bitty hill,
but the kids had a blast sledding this afternoon.

The rolls look delicious! I am really not a football fan, but for my husband's sake I wear my patriots jersey and put a smile on my face and enjoy the same. Stay warm, Julie.

What was wrong with Sonnet?

Sandie...you must try the rolls --they are so good! The temp was in the upper twenty's -- just perfect for the little kids. They stayed outside a long time!

Tex...this is the first time they all played out in the snow for a long time. They found out snow = fun!

Julie...I must admit I AM a Packer fan, but, I can putz around the house while I'm listening. I don't have to actually be waching :-)

Gail.....turns out Sonnet is an alpha female. She was asserting her dominance over Billy all the time. Under her picture is a link to the post telling about it. She's now back with Bob (her blind person) until he gets his new dog. Then Leader Dogs for the Blind will place her with a family on their waiting list.

Candy C. ....so sorry my rolls don't look as pretty as yours :-) I used a sharp cheddar for the cheese. We sure enjoyed them, I can see why they are a best seller!

Aha! And bless you! Your switch made the difference. Here I am able to share my babbling nonsense once again!

What I wanted to say was that this post of your Sunday with family sounded like a perfect day to me. Such fun for the grandkids even if the hill is just a teeny tiny one!

I hope the switch in your comments section doesn't foul anyone else up! I appreciate that it's working for me.
