LOL! Yeah, that's a nice improvement! I'm so jealous! You make cheese! I have to try that sometime. First, though, I have two batches of wine to rack and another one to start soon. We should have a little cheese and wine party! :D

Wow, cool present! But, I see nothing wrong with the other one....now you have TWO for TWICE the amount of cheese!

One way or another, you're going to get your cheese!

Tex....oh ya...the old one had lots of charm LOL!

Mama Pea....you can have envy over my cheese press, hey, I still have envy over your grain grinder attachment for your Kitchenaide :-)

Carmi....I still have one more "Christmas " party on New Year's Day, and then as things get normal again I'll be experimenting away!

Ronda....oh you had to remind me that I haven't racked my wine :-), and I'm still trying to get my parsnip wine started. (hey we'll have to trade wines next fall :-) Wine & cheese....yum!

Carolyn Renee.... I will NEVER use the old one again!! LOL

Jody...Ha...and my family will eat it whether it tastes good or not! LOL

Does it show pounds of pressure? It is much nicer than my wood and PVC pipe cheese press! LOL!!

How lovely! My cheese press is very much like your "old one." haha Mine works--but your new one is much prettier!

Well that is a dandy little gift. And yes, it is much nicer than the old one.

What a wonderful present! Of course, I like the interesting look of the old press.

Treasures Evermore....it wasn't too long ago I wouldn't have known what it was either LOL!

Simply Scaife Family....one of the best Christmas presents ever!

Rae & Kim....almost too purdy to use :-)

Candy C....it does show #'s of pressure. My husband was going to make me one too, till I put this on my list. When I opened it, I told all the kids "If I die tomorrow this does not get sold. It stays in the family!" LOL

Mooberry Farmwife....after my old cheesepress accident I set my mind to get the real thing.
:-)

Rae.... :-) it is dandy. And I'm so excited to get to using it.

Teresa....don't you think the tub of ceramic tile adhesive gave the old press it's most interesting look. LOL
